They will receive this at the end of the morning during the workshop and validate it with their colleagues. This is an important moment where valuable insights can be gained. We ensure a safe working environment where facts with their impact can be addressed. After this, a short playful 'exam' follows that allows them to discuss and integrate the model with each other.<\/p><p>To their great surprise, the participants are then able to accurately assess their colleagues on the Insights Discovery wheel. A fantastic, educational, and enjoyable experience that validates the model and gives confidence to the participants. An illustration that the system works and the team is performing well! What do we observe happening? Where are you effective? What obstacles do you sometimes face? So nothing like 'I\/we will communicate better'.
