The 4 steps of interpersonal and team effectiveness.
Participants generate their Insights Discovery profile online before the workshop. They will receive this at the end of the morning during the workshop and validate it with their colleagues. This is an important moment where valuable insights can be gained. We ensure a safe working environment where facts with their impact can be addressed. Sometimes we also provide the profile in advance to save time on the day of the workshop.
Participants build the 4 color model together. After this, a short playful 'exam' follows that allows them to discuss and integrate the model with each other.
To their great surprise, the participants are then able to accurately assess their colleagues on the Insights Discovery wheel. A fantastic, educational, and enjoyable experience that validates the model and gives confidence to the participants. An illustration that the system works and the team is performing well! Our years of experience and 'open mind' ensure that this is an effective and fun process, tailored to your team.
Through various exercises and illustrative videos (from Zeagle), participants learn to align and connect with each other.
We make these workshops highly interactive and consistently bring the focus back to the team: "What does this mean for you? What do we observe happening? Where are you effective? What obstacles do you sometimes face? What do you want to tackle together?"
Depending on the composition of the participating group (whether it is a functional team or not), the participants develop an individual and team action plan so that they can start working towards their goals.
We ensure that the actions in the plan are very specifically named, as well as their impact. So nothing like 'I/we will communicate better'. That doesn't say anything.
This, for example, does work: 'during team meetings, I will speak first or second, so that my opinion is heard and I can better recognize myself in the team decisions.'
