How do we proceed?

Insights Discovery is never an end goal.
Insights is a lever towards a desired situation that you, as the customer, describe yourself.

Intake interview

During an intake interview, you will first speak:

  • what is your current situation? What is going well? What can be improved?
  • what is your desired situation?
  • what are the development goals?
  • what does the situation look like when the goal is achieved? What do you do then? What do we see happening? What can we film?

Proposal

Next, we will make a proposal that will enable you to achieve your goals.

  • the skills to be developed in order to create the above work situation
  • the learning or development process in which Insights Discovery is contained.

The 4 steps of interpersonal and team effectiveness.

Evaluation

we agree on measurable success criteria in advance: 'When are you satisfied?'

We evaluate the learning process and also the effect on the work floor afterwards. To do this, we have access to different measuring instruments.


More than just a color

As you can see, 'Insights Discovery' means much more than just discovering our colors.

We have a strong aversion to labeling: "he's a blue." Only Smurfs are blue! During the workshops, we learn to recognize at least two preferences in others and learn how to adapt to them.
