In practice: individual Insights profiles

Insights Discovery's preferred colours are measured by an easy-to-fill online questionnaire.

 

This creates an individual personality profile that indicates exactly where a person's qualities and potential development points lie. Possible blind spots, value for the team, opposite type, barriers to effective communication, ... are also included in the basic report.

 

Depending on your goal, you can purchase more chapters, such as ‘management, management style, effective sales, ...’.

  • The online questionnaire: this consists of 25 questions that the participant fills in at their own pace prior to a workshop and/or coaching.
  • The Insights Discovery profile: the personal profile is discussed one-to-one or in groups. On top of a basic profile, you can request several chapters, different chapters exist depending on your target group.
  • The start of your development: with the Insights Discovery profile, we lay the foundation for most of our development programmes: as a manager, as a team and also as a speaker, it gives us insight into our preferences and how to consciously use them.

More than just a color

As you can see, 'Insights Discovery' means much more than just discovering our colors.

We have a strong aversion to labeling: "he's a blue." Only Smurfs are blue! During the workshops, we learn to recognize at least two preferences in others and learn how to adapt to them.
